Intended for day and/or night use.- Always wear the appliance over clean teeth
- Never place in hot water
- Upon awakening, rinse with cool water and clean with antibacterial soap in and around the appliance, let stand for two to three minutes, rinse again and dry with a paper towel
- Never clean your appliance in a dishwasher
- Wear the appliance when you need it, but leave it out for a total of 8 hours.
- Never wear it while eating or drinking. If conscious clenching is uncontrollable, physical therapy may be prescribed.
- Only drink water while wearing the appliance.
